A Master of Property Development is a postgraduate degree focused on the commercial, financial, regulatory and practical processes involved in planning and delivering property development projects.
The UTS Online Master of Property Development develops capability across feasibility and modelling, property transactions, finance, valuation, market risk, construction technology and regulation, development processes, sustainability and project delivery.
The UTS Online Master of Property Development is designed for professionals who want to build advanced capability across property development, investment, valuation, project delivery and the wider built environment.
It can suit property and real estate professionals, project managers, planners, architects, engineers, construction professionals, finance and investment professionals, and people looking to move into property development or related leadership roles.
The UTS Online Master of Property Development can help you build the knowledge and capability used across the property development lifecycle, including feasibility, finance, valuation, transactions, planning, regulation, risk and project delivery.

You’ll study the key commercial and technical stages that shape property development projects, including assessing development opportunities, testing financial feasibility, property transactions, finance, valuation, market and project risk, construction requirements, planning and regulatory considerations, and development delivery.
The course brings these areas together so you can understand how decisions made at one stage of a development affect later project outcomes.
